These terms govern your use of Pump Dump (the "app"), operated by Pump Dump. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pump Dump. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens under it. Don't share your password. Tell us at massspurs5@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Display names can be changed once every 60 days. This limit is enforced to keep the app's social features (profiles, follows, search) trustworthy for other users.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, captions, and workout data you post. By posting, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content within the app to the audience you've chosen (your followers, or everyone, depending on your privacy setting). We don't use your content for advertising and don't sell it.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, hateful, or threatening.
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Is spam, or attempts to manipulate the app's follow/like/comment systems.

4. Reporting and moderation

Users can report posts or accounts they believe violate these terms. We review reports and may remove content, restrict, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. Blocking and muting are personal controls you can use at any time — they don't require a report.

5. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the reporting system, or attempt to harm the service or other users.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We aren't liable for any unavailability of the service.

7. Disclaimer

Pump Dump is provided "as is." Personal record and 1-rep-max estimates are calculated from the data you enter and are for informational purposes only — they are not medical or professional training advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pump Dump is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated in the app where required.
